New Director of "Heba" is Milovan Ranković - Bojan Radun, President of Administrative Board

The first founding assembly ever since the majority owner of capital is company “Nectar” has been held in Bujanovac-based "Heba" and, on that occasion, the decision has been made about the change in legal form of the company into an open stockholding company. Bojan Radun has been appointed as the President of the Administrative Board.

Members of the Administrative Board are Čedo Praška, Slobodan Radišić, Miodrag Petrović, members of the top management of company "Nectar", as well as Vojislavka Tašković from mother company "Heba".

The new Director General is Milovan Ranković.

The first founding assembly was attended by Saša Aleksić, the Director of the Tenders Center of the Privatization Agency, and Dušan Vuković, the representative of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development. Since November 2008, water factory "Heba" is a part of company "Nectar", the regional leader in production and processing of fruit and vegetables.

- Company "Nectar" has already started five-year realization of 6m EUR worth of investment plan, which may be finished earlier – the new Director General of the Bujanovac-based stockholding company, Milovan Ranković, said to the press.
