Final preparations for raising of columns for Zlatibor ski lift in progress

The final preparations for the laying of ski lift columns for the Gold Gondola on Zlatibor are in progress, which marks the beginning of the fourth phase of the works on this structure, in which the Municipality of Cajetina invested EUR 13 million.

The contractor is Kraljevo-based Amiga, and the works are supervised by experts from the French company Pomagalski.

The anchors have been set and the concrete has been poured in the foundations. Once it has dried, in the next 10 to 15 days, the columns will be set up.

As the PE Gold Gondola Zlatibor announced, this counters the speculations about the equipment for the 9-km ski lift being obsolete and Pomagalski not working properly and facing bankruptcy.

– The equipment is new and properly stored. Pomagalski is involved in all activities related to the Zlatibor gondola. They understand all the problems that are the result of the delayed obtaining of permits and they are losing money together with the Municipality of Cajetina because the gondola is not yet operational, and we are being forced to apologize while not being guilty – said the director of Gold Gondola Zlatibor, Bojana Bozanic.
