German "Lindner" interested in construction of unit for production of building materials in Stara Pazova

Famous building company "Lindner" has sent the letter of intent for construction of the unit for production of building materials in Stara Pazova. "Lindner" already has its units in more than 50 countries and business parks in Sofia and Bratislava where it organizes its production and the arrival of its partners.

According to the letter of intent, "Lindner" would first rent 5 ha of land in industrial zone where production halls would be built at about 20,000 square meters. But, first of all, the company would like the municipality of Stara Pazova to supply it with all the information on valid terms, rental fees, land equipping prices, deadlines for issuing of necessary documentation and all other terms stipulated by the local administration.
