Software engineering company Namics announces further expansion in Serbia

The Swiss software agency Namics, which has merged with Merkle, an agency for data-based digital solutions, announced yesterday that it would continue expanding in Serbia.

As announced by the Belgrade office of Namics, the company will continue its plan of the employment of a team of 100 software engineers in the country.

The integration of the two agencies, according to Jan Keller, Managing Director of Namics in Belgrade, will enable Serbian experts to master new highly-specialized skills.

– In the four years that we’ve been operating in the Serbian market, we have formed teams for the Hybris and AEm platforms, based on Java, teams for Frontend and .NET technologies and teams for mobile solutions and design – Keller stated.

He reminds that Serbian software engineers have contributed considerably to the development of some of Namics’ most awarded projects, such as Relaunch Sunrise. Mobile First.

Namics was founded in 1995 and currently employs more than 550 professionals in Belgrade, St. Gallen, Zurich, Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg. Namics' teams develop solutions for some of the biggest world companies, among which are Victorinox, BASF, Medela, the Zurich Airport, Migros and Boehringer Ingelheim, the company says in its press release.
