Loznica gives 20 hectares of land to Chinese company Minth

At an urgent session of the Town Assembly of Loznica, the members reached the decision to give around 20 hectares of building land owned by the town to the Chinese company Minth, Loznicke Novosti reports. As said, the Chinese company picked Loznica as the seat of its third factory in Europe, where it will produce auto-industry components. The value of the planned investment is EUR 100 million, and they will employ at least a thousand workers by 2025.

The decision on the amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan of the Industrial Zone Sepak was also adopted, and the amendments should be prepared over the next three months. They pertain to the repurposing of traffic areas, which will be put in service of the complex of the future free zone, which will encompass parts of the industrial zone.
