Bid made for Valjevska Pivara?

A potential purchaser has apparently made a bid for the purchase of the capital of Valjevska Pivara. The public call for the collection of bids was opened a month ago, and, as Politika learns from reliable sources, the bidder is a consortium consisting of three companies.

No bids were sent during the previous public call, when the price was twice as high (around EUR 7 million).

According to unofficial information, the commission opened the documentation two days ago and determined that it met the formal requirements for the bidding, Politika says.

Detailed examination of the documents are to follow.

The initial price is EUR 3.523 in dinar countervalue.

The offer includes over a million shares owned by the Republic of Serbia, and the deposit was set at EUR 704,000.
