No bids for preparation of technical documentation for parking lot and garage construction near Sremska Kamenica Institute

The construction of a parking lot and a tiered garage within the complex of the Institute in Sremska Kamenica will take some more time, as there are no companies interested in the project at the moment, reports the 021 portal.
After it launched an open public procurement procedure in late November and saw that there were no bids for the preparation of the technical documentation, the City Administration for Building Land and Investments entered the negotiation procedure and sent bids only to those companies it believed were able to do the job properly.
These are Vojvodinaprojekt, AG UNS and Gramont, all three from Novi Sad. The procedure closed on December 26, when the commission determined that neither of the three companies had sent a bid.
The estimated value of the entire procurement procedure is RSD 958,333. The technical documentation for the construction of the parking lot costs RSD 666,666, and the technical documentation for the public lighting within the complex is worth around RSD 291,666.
According to the announced plans of the City Administration for Building Land and Investments, the tiered garages should fully solve the problem of parking around the Institute.
In the meantime, a parking lot for around 100 vehicles and a bus turn will be built west of the main access road. The construction of a parking lot for around 400 vehicles east of the access road is also expected. The deadline period for the preparation of the documentation will be no more than four months from the awarding of the contract.
The planned garage will have 1,245 sqm and two tiers.
