Jugoremedija Zrenjanin put up for sale again – Initial price lowered to RSD 1.2 billion

The Board of Creditors of Jugoremedija Zrenjanin has advertised the sale of this pharma company through public bidding for the fourth time. The initial price is around RSD 1.2 billion, and the sales documentation costs RSD 500,000.

Radovan Savic, the bankruptcy supervisor of Jugoremedija, says for eKapija that he hopes that the sale will be realized this time.

– The price has been lowered from the previous one, which amounted to 50% of the total value of Jugoremedija, and is now around EUR 10.5 million, in dinar countervalue – Savic says.

As he points out, as the tendering started on January 24, 2019, there have not yet been any official offers. However, he says, a lot of interested parties have visited the factory before.

The offer once again includes Jugoremedija’s industrial complex, the equipment, an apartment, the intellectual property – trademarks, motor vehicles and the inventory, as well as the company’s stock.

The public call says that eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. The public bidding is scheduled for February 26, at 12 o’clock, and will be held at the premises of the bankruptcy debtor in Zrenjanin.
