Fourth Serbian Property and Infrastructure Development Conference – “Developing the Future” in Belgrade on February 21

The Fourth Serbian Property and Infrastructure Development Conference, called “Developing the Future”, will be held at Hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade on February 21. The main topics include attracting foreign investments, an overview of the commercial and the residential real estate market, the benefits of energy efficiency, retail and shopping centers and project financing.

The conference, which aims to provide an environment for the exchange of ideas and information in the field of real estate and infrastructure in Serbia and the region, will be opened by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic.

Heads of numerous real estate companies operating in Serbia will also speak at the gathering, as announced by the organizer, TGI Group International.
