"Komgrap" plans to sell property - starting price of building on Terazije to amount to 5m EUR
For the sake of necessary financial and business consolidation, the Administrative Board of stock company HK "Komgrap" have decided to offer the business building in 4 Terazije Street and dependent company "Komgrap-Makiš" for sale and to submit the request for a loan.
According to the decision that was made at the 7th regular meeting of the Administrative Board on May 25th, 2009, the starting price of the building in Belgrade's center will amount to 5m EUR.
Other decision that was made at the same meeting was that the
potential buyer of "Komgrap-Makiš", of which founder and only owner is
"Komgrap", would have to set aside 2.5m EUR for that company. The
future owner will also acquire the right to use business complex
"Makiš" and all existing facilities in five location in the borough of
Čukarica, at total surface of 8ha 71a 86sqm.
The
Administrative Board also made the decision to submit the request for a
loan of 10m EUR, which will be used for settlement of financial
obligations and investments in development.

"Komgrap" needs 260,000 EUR to put the factory of armature nets in Kiev
in operation, and it will have to set aside 240,000 EUR for procurement
of raw materials for commencement of production of concrete on Ada
Huja. For the investments in Banja Luka and Montenegro, the company
plans to provide 2m EUR prior to the end of year 2009.
Final decision about destiny of the property of "Komgrap" will be made at the regular annual meeting of the Stockholding Assembly on June 29th, 2009.
Building company "Komgrap" was privatized in May 2007 and it now operates as a part of corporation "Integral inženjering" from Laktaši, and it has about 850 employees.
