First eight lots in Belgrade to be taken away from forgetful investors, there are more ?

The locations that were alloted to investors for construction and the works on them never started will soon be alloted to the new building companies. The Commission for taking away of locations, led by Branka Bošnjak, suggested to the Secretariat for Ownership-Legal Relations to take away 8 locations. The list contains the lot of companies Braća Karić and Astra simit, located between Obilićev venac Street and Maršala Birjuzova Street, which waits for construction of modern five-floor building for 10 years. Neither SZ Tan-inženjering will be building apartment building and five garages on Bežanijska kosa, nor SZ Kosovo on Nova Višnjica. Two locations in Kamendin will be taken away from Beogradske elektrane and Public Utility Company Beogradski vodovod i kanalizacija. In the block between Franca Rozmana, Južnog bulevara and Gospodara Vučića streets, SZ Prostor was supposed to built facility on 10,000 square meters, some of which has been built, so that it was suggested that the part that had not been activated for 15 years – be taken away.

The list of deserted locations also contains 10 lots of the Ministry of Defense in Savski Venac borough. Neimar was supposed to built facilities of 10,000 square on 4 building lots in the same borough, but it didn’t. SZ Institut did not activate 5 building lots and 12,000 square meters.

In Novi Beograd, in blocks 18 and 20, Genex was supposed to build on 780,000 square meters. Enjub has 7 deserted lots 45,000 square meters big, Energoprojekt did not build anything on 3 lots of 30,000 square meters, whereas Imel Group left 15 locations, i.e. 56,000 square meters, untouched. Energoprojekt also has two locations on Palilula where it was supposed to built facilities on 25,000 square meters. IGP Rad did not build on 220,000 square meters in industrial zone in Palilula.

In Stari Grad, Komgrap did not build 12,000 square meters of apartment-business space. SZ Elmustan has less, but bigger number of deserted building lots – 22, in Strahinjća bana Street, Budimska Street, Gundulićev venac Street. Koling should have built 95,000 square meters on 2 locations in Jajinci.

In Voždovac, SZ Prostor did not build 24,000 square meters of apartment-business space. In Zvezdara, Jinpros did not build anything of promised 46,000 square meters on 21 locations, whereas company Okruglica has 2 lots of 7,000 square meters that wait for construction works.

Stankom is the most forgetful, because it has 52 locations on Čukarica where it was supposed to build 220,000 square meters. The lots are on Sunčana padina, Čukarička padina, settlement Golf 8 and Bele vode. Stankom did not use 15 building lots for houses of 800-1,800 square meters in Stari Grad.

Karići did not build 45,000 square meters on Čukarica on 8 lots. Six building lots in Local Community Žarkovo, one in Local Community Mihailovac and one in POžeška Street remained unused. They should have built 9,000 square meters in 3-5 Balkanska Street and two business buildings on total of 21,000 square meters in 3-5 Prizrenska Street.

Filip Zepter forgot to build 2 houses of 500 square meters each on 2 building lots on Senjak.
