Syringe factory up for sale in Medvedja – Initial price RSD 5.9 million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the Cacak-based producer of medical devices Spektar, Milutin Obradovic, has advertised the first sale of the bankruptcy debtor's movable and immovable property through public bidding. Two lots have been offered.

The first one contains eight office buildings and buildings of other types in Cacak of the total area of 1,591 m2, with the right of use of publicly owned land of 1.37 hectares. The initial price of this lot is RSD 42.1 million, and the deposit is RSD 16.9 million.

The second lot contain Spektar's property in the village of Gazdare, Municipality of Medvedja: a syringe factory (1,646 m2), another five facilities of 205 m2, as well as 0.95 ha of privately owned land and equipment and office furniture. The initial price of this lot is RSD 5.9 million, and the deposit is RSD 2.35 million.

The bidding has been scheduled for March 25 at the Astra agency in Cacak.

The Commercial Court of Cacak initiated the bankruptcy proceedings in Spektar in March 2017 due to permanent insolvency. Spektra's total liabilities amount to RSD 191,999,234, RINA writes, as reported by Morava Info.
