Shares of the Prag Hotel worth 150 million dinars flared up

Hotel-catering and tourist company 'Prag' has announced yesterday (18/06/2009), on the site of Belgrade stock-exchange that all the shares of III emission, of 150 million dinars in nominal value, were sold.

Belgrade company issued 300,000 ordinary shares in III emission. Nominal value of loan stock was 500 dinars.

Share price for shareholders with the priority for buying shares was 731 dinars and for those who had used that right and others, share price was 812 dinars.

Assets collected from III emission will be used for adaptation of the Prag Hotel, a three stars hotel, according to the European standards.

The Prag Hotel shares are traded on non-stock-exchange market of Belgrade stock-exchange. Price of loan stock is 715 dinars, which is also the minimal price in the last twlve months, while the maximum price was 813 dinars, in June last year.

Market capitalization of the Prag Hotel is 168.22 million dinars at the moment.
