Share in Diners Club International Montenegro up for sale

By the decision of the Commercial Court in Belgrade, the property of Diners Club International Belgrade has been put up for sale through a public collection of bids.

The object of the sale is the company's stake in Diners Club International Montenegro in Podgorica.

The estimated value of the share is RSD 40,439,357.60, that is, EUR 341,497.

The sales documentation costs RSD 100,000 plus VAT, and the deposit is RSD 8,087,871.52, that is, EUR 68,299.40.

Bids are submitted in sealed envelopes by mail or personally at the company's address in Belgrade, and the deadline is April 16, 2019, at 11.45 am.

The public opening of the bids will take place on the same date at noon in the company's premises in Belgrade.
