Vino Zupa net profit handed over into non-disposed profit

Vino Zupa from Aleksandrovac had net profit of 399 million dinars in 2008, for almost 32% bigger than in 2007.

Shareholders Assembly has decided to hand over net profit into non-disposed profit, at the suggestion of Management Board and in order to increase liquidity of the company, producer of juices and wine stated yesterday.

Last year, Vino Zupa sold 97 million liters of products, 73% of which on domestic market.

Vino Zupa realization increased for 11%, for five months this year (from January to May).

In the report from Shareholders Assembly meeting, it is stated that acquisition of Povardarie Company was put in motion in the autumn 2008, while the sign-on of Mostar Hepok is expected in a few next weeks.

Last year Vino Zupa invested 8.5 million Euros in undertaking, production lines and transport means.

Shares of Vino Zupa have been traded on Belgrade stock-exchange since the end of August, 2008. Loan stock price is 6,000 dinars at the moment, in relation to maximal price of 18,400 dinars from June last year, and minimal price of 4,530 dinars from April this year.

Market capitalization of Vino Zupa is 1.24 billion dinars at the moment.
