Within the preparations for the 64th congress of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ), which will be held in June 2020 in Belgrade, Dr Noriaki Kano, a quality management expert, arrives to the capital of Serbia on April 29, 2019, the Kvalitet portal reports.

Noriaki Kano, “one of the biggest living authorities in quality management today”, the portal says, will be a guest of the Serbian Quality Management and Business Excellence Association (SRMEK). He will arrive to Belgrade after a seminar in Ljubljana on April 18-19.
