"Digitel Pristop Grupa" to be founded - largest company for integrated market communications in Southeast Europe

- Company "Pristop" and Croatian company "Digitel komunikacije" have started the process for founding of "Digitel Pristop Grupa" (DPG), the roof company that will be running the operations of 27 agencies members, which represents formal beginning of creation of the largest company for integrated market communications on the territory between Vienna and Athens - people from company "Pristop" announced.

The leading position of the group on the territory of Southeast Europe is confirmed by the fact that DPG registered over 93m EUR worth of incomes in 2008. Recent takeover of two agencies of "Idea Plus Communications" in Macedonia and Serbia, which registered 7.2m EUR worth of incomes in these two markets in 2008, is going to contribute to further development of DPG Group.

Company "Pristop", which operates in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Belgium, has signed the agreement on forming of "joint-venture" in Greece with an influential local business group, so that DPG will soon expand its operations to Greece. In case Austria-based company is taken over, the negotiations for procurement of which are underway, DPG will soon be able to enter Austrian market as well.

"Digitel Pristop Grupa" will be run by four-member Administration led by Aleš Razpet as the President and Aljoša Roksandić as the Chief Executive Officer. Remaining two members of the Administration are Franci Zavrl and Hrvoje Bošnjak, while the strategic adviser in the Strategy Management is Goran Radman, who is also future non-executive member of the Administration for regional development.
