Free Zone Sumadija to be founded in Kragujevac

The City Assembly of Kragujevac has reached the decision on the founding of Free Zone Sumadija.

The purpose of reaching this decision is to secure conditions for economic development and export of goods and services. The free zone will secure an increase in exports and the operations of business entities, along with lower operating costs, as estimated by the petitioners.

– A free zone would enhance the offer of the City of Kragujevac and its status with future investors and provide an opportunity for our companies which want to operate within a free zone – said Mayor Radomir Nikolic.

The free zone will be run by the Slobodna Zona Sumadija LLC, the founding of which has been supported by the members of the City Assembly of Kragujevac.
