New sale of Brodogradiliste Sava from Macvanska Mitrovica announced

Agency for Licensing Administrative Receivers has announced the sale of the bankruptcy debtor AD Brodogradiliste SAVA based in Macvanska Mitrovica.

The most important property consists of objects located in Macvanska Mitrovica, JJubmes Bank shares – a total of 228 shares listed at the stock exchange – and flats for purchase.

The initial price of Brodogradiliste Sava is RSD 26,174,529 whereas the required deposit is RSD 133,087, 264.05.
The price has been reduced since the previous attempt at sale when the price was around RSD 32.7 million. Let us remind that back then the administrative receiver Zoran Stojanovic told eKapija that those assets that hadn't been bough by the Dutch company Vahali Shipyards were offered up for sale .

All natural persons and legal entities which fulfill the given conditions are eligible to participate in the tendering process.

The public bidding will be held on May 15 at 11 am on the premises of the Agency for Licensing Administrative Receivers in Belgrade.
