Port of Adria sponsors 8th International Maritime Science Conference

The 8th International Maritime Science Conference, organized by the University of Montenegro Maritime Faculty and the University of Split Maritime Faculty, was held at Hotel Splendid in Becici on April 11-12.

The conference gathered over 200 participants from Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Germany etc. Representatives of the academic community, researchers and scientists, had the opportunity to exchange their knowledge, experiences and the latest research results in the field of maritime transport and logistics, shipbuilding, ship repairing and maritime laws during the two days of the conference.

– Sponsoring one such important maritime event is another proof of Port of Adria’s continued support of education institutions, based on its belief that knowledge is crucial to development. Port of Adria and the Kotor Maritime Faculty will continue their intensive cooperation in the upcoming period as well, aiming to enhance the knowledge and skills acquired by students during the education process – the company said in its press release.
