Sale of MB Konsalting from Belgrade advertised – Initial price RSD 32 million

The bankruptcy supervisor, Vesna Mitric, has advertised the sale of MB Konsalting from Belgrade through public bidding.

According to the ad, the main property of the bankruptcy debtor are apartments at the residential-office facility in Vozdovac, in Vojvode Stepe Street.

Mitrovic told our portal that the price had been lowered compared to the previous sale. At the bidding which was scheduled for January 15, the initial price was RSD 80 million.

– This is the third attempt at a sale. There were not interested purchasers at the previous ones, so the price has been lowered – Mitrovic said.

The initial price of the legal entity with the property is RSD 32,336,910.

The public bidding will be held on July 1, at 12 o’clock. The registration of participants starts two hours before the beginning of the public bidding, and ends 10 minutes before the beginning of the public bidding, that is, in the period between 10 am and 11.50 am.

Let us remind that MB Konsalting is the former owner of the Health and Sports Recreation Center in Banja Vrujci, which has recently got a new investor.
