State selling real estate – Most expensive item priced EUR 1.5 million in Savski Venac

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (RDI) has put 14 pieces of state-owned real estate up for sale, the most expensive one of which, a house in the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac, is priced EUR 1.5 million.

This item, which is leased until March 2022, consists of a 208-m2 facility and more than 0.11 ha of land, and is located in Dr Ive Popovica Djanija Street.

The Directorate also offered office space of 117 m2 in Strahinjica Bana Street at the starting price of EUR 130,000. Of the 14 items offered, half of which are apartments, seven items are located in Belgrade.

Written bids may be sent by June 7.
