The biggest Italian banking group Intesa signed the agreement on purchase of Delta Banka. Majority package of 75% of stocks will cost Italians about € 270m.

Intesa is the leading bank in Italy and it is among the first 12 in European Union. As far as our region is concerned, this bank is present in Croatia (where it bought Privredna Banka Zagreb), Hungary and Slovakia.

Delta banka is the leading bank in Serbia and it is present in 144 cities in which it employs about 2000 people.
