Deadline for registration of electronic mail address October 1, 2019

The Business Registers Agency reminds business entities which are already registered that, under the Company Law, the deadline for the registration of an electronic mail address is October 1, 2019.

Companies, representations and branches of foreign companies need to fill out a registration form for the changing of data (mandatory data) and addendum 31, and entrepreneurs need to file a filled-out registration form for the changing of data (mandatory data) and addendum 16.

No other documentation needs to be filed in addition to the registration form and the registration process is free, the Business Registers Agency says on its website.
