- Belgrade-based company "Terca investicije" has got the permit to build a megamarket and a trade center in the location of former slaughterhouse "22. juli" - said Dragutin Veljković, the Head of the Rasina region.
He added that construction of megamarket at 5,000 square meters and trade center at 7,500 square meters, in which about 20m EUR should be invested, may start in the first half of October.
Veljković said that the works would commence once the Belgrade-based market chain "Idea", owned by Croatian "Agrokor", confirmed the interest in coming to Kruševac.
As Veljković explained, about 160 jobs should be created in that trade complex.
"Terca investicije" bought the facility and land of former slaughterhouse "22. juli" from Kruševac-based company "Ivan promet" one year ago, and the first information was that French "Interex" would open megamarket in that location.
