"Trayal" to purchase machine worth 2.5m EUR by end of September

Company "Trayal" announced that it would purchase 2.5m EUR worth of machine for production of tires until the end of September. In that way, the owner of company "Trayal", Bulgarian "Brikel", would fulfill part of the obligations from the privatization contract.

On August 27th, the Privatization Agency gave the management of "Trayal" final 30 days to fulfill the obligations from the contract, and the Minister of Economy of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, announced that the contract would be canceled if "Brikel" failed to realize that investment.

On the occasion of the announced possibility of cancellation of the privatization contract, the Management of company "Trayal" told Beta agency that "Brikel", according to the regulations from the contract, should have been invested 9.5m EUR in the factory to the date, and that the total investments would reach 6.8m EUR by the end of the month.
