Public call for construction of building and parking lot at Prokop station – Bids to be sent by August 30, 2019

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has opened a public call for the construction of the building of the Belgrade Center railway station, as well as a parking lot and the accompanying commercial features.

The state will invest the land and enable the construction on the already built facilities and parcels owned by the Republic of Serbia, and its partners can propose their designs for the railway station building with parking spots necessary for the functioning of the railway station building in line with the urban planning parameters and limitations pertaining to statics.

The competent authorities will estimate whether it is possible and necessary to change the current Urban Project in line with the proposed design.

– The aim of the Republic of Serbia is for the complex to be built so as to get a functional whole in the city center – the text of the public call points out.

Bids may be submitted by August 30, 2019.

The criteria for the selection of the best bidder is the amount of investments offered and the time needed to complete the works.

The potential partner obliges to first build a public purpose facility or to start building the public purpose facility simultaneously with the construction of other planned features.
