Registration of companies for "Južni tok" is running late

- "Srbijagas" and Russian "Gazprom" have not registered joint ventures for gas storage Banatski Dvor and construction of gas pipeline "Južni tok" yet - people from that public company said yesterday (September 16, 2009).

The Head of the Cabinet of the CEO of "Srbijagas", Ivana Petović, said that the registration should be done within "the next few days", but she did not give the reason for new delay in forming of the joint ventures of Russian and Serbia state-owned companies.

- All the documents for the registration are ready - Ms Petrović pointed out.

The companies for completion of underground gas storage in Banatski Dvor and construction of gas pipeline "Južni tok" through Serbia should be registered in Switzerland.
