Ministry of Economy to sell Equity Fund's shares in Napredak

The Ministry of Economy of Serbia has reached the decision on the sale of the Equity Fund's shares in the Pirot-based company AD Napredak.

The sale is to be carried out on the securities market.

– The Ministry of Economy will get involved in the trading of shares of this company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange and issue an order for the sale of shares owned by the Equity Fund – the ministry announced.

Napredak does finishing construction works and is listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The Equity Fund owns 247 shares, making up slightly over 9.5% of the total issue of the Pirot-based company's shares.
