Construction of modern industrial park in Stara Pazova planned – Works to begin by end of 2019

The construction of modern industrial park in Stara Pazova is planned to begin by the end of the current year, eKapija portal learns.

The investor wishes to remain anonymous for the time being. The company in question operates in majority of European countries.

Ekapija source said that the industrial park would be built to meet the needs of many investor’s clients so it is not only about the production facilities.

Many consider the construction of the industrial park as the continuation in economic growth trends of this municipality, which already has 4 industrial zones covering the area of 1,500 ha where some of the most successful companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Nestle, Volvo, DHL and Muhlbauer built their production facilities.

The report on Stara Pazova Municipality website states that considering the current industrial zones have used up all of their capacitiies, new Spatial plan of the Stara Pazova Municipality had been adopted which enables the economic growth by forming new and expanding the existing inudstrial zones in three towns : Stara Pazova (area of 496 ha). Nova Pazova (area of 415 ha) and Krnjesevci (the current area of 45 ha, to be expanded to 660 ha).
