Property of Zitiste-based meat producer Agroziv up for sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the Zitiste-based meat producer Agroziv.

As said, the subject of the sale are the trademarks registered at the Institute for Intellectual property of the Republic of Serbia, whose initial price is around RSD 53 million. The business premises within the local self-government building is being sold at the initial price of RSD 21.3 million, whereas the initial price of three stores in Zitiste is slightly over a million dinars.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. The property can be viewed after the sales documentation is bought, on work days between noon and 2 pm, and no later than September 25.

The public bidding is scheduled for October 2, 2019, at 11 am, in the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Novi Sad.
