Montenegrin Privatization Council has given consent for conclusion of the agreement on joint investment in development of overhaul of yachts in Bijela.

The investors are: Adriatic shipyard, Tivat-based company "Adriatic Marinas", and French company "Compositeworks".

"Since the realization of that arrangement would enable development of field of work in Adriatic shipyard, which would contribute to development of the Bay of Kotor as the region, with the creation of new jobs, the Council has accepted that appeal", it was announced after the meeting.

The Council stated that the only bid on the tender for sale of 51.12% of capital of Nikšić-based Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy had been submitted by company "Neksan".

It is added that "Neksan" failed to supplement its bid, as requested by the Tender Committee, so that the tender has been declared as unsuccessful.

Public invitation for sale of the Institute was announced on May 19th, and the deadline for submission of bids was July 31st.
