New sports hall opened in Bač

Bojan Pajtić, the President of the Executive Council of Vojvodina, has ceremoniously opened a new Sports hall in Bač, put the reconstructed Bač-Mali Bač-Vajska road in traffic, and visited the monastery of Serbian Orthodox Church in Bođani where an accommodation unit has been adapted. The funds for realization of these works have been provided by the Capital Investment Fund of Vojvodina.

- Three years ago we promised to finish construction of the sports hall and the road, and not even the crisis prevented us from fufilling our promises - Pajtić said to the gathered citizens, pupils and sportsmen from that municipality.

The sports hall occupies the surface of 1,000 square meters, and it has 800 seats, a separated entrance for guests and spectators, an additional entrance to two locker rooms with shower booths, premises for teachers and referees, a store room for sports equipment, and a mini bowling alley. The Capital Investment Fund has set aside over 151m RSD for construction of the hall. The contractor is "Slovan progres", and the investor is the Directorate for Development of Municipality of Bač.

The Capital Investment Fund has set aside over 317m RSD for reconstruction of the 10-kilometer section of Bač-Vajska road.
