Over 1m EUR invested in Eco-ethno village "Vraneša" on Zlatar - opening in October 2009

Leon Srnec from Celje has decided to invest his money in construction of a high-class tourist complex on Zlatar mountain. Eco-ethno village "Vraneša" occupies 40 acre of land, which Srnec bought from a rural household.
Total value of the investment exceeds 1m EUR, and the complex of eco-ethno village "Vraneša" comprises a three-storey central building at 400 square meters, with a hall for presentations, a restaurant, a hall with fireplace, and a reception desk. It also includes business premises, kitchen, balcony and two exclusive suites as separate wholes. Five small houses at 40 square meters each, with two two-bed rooms and fireplaces, complete the ambience of ethno village and ensure that it is in compliance with the highest standards.
– Construction of the village lasts for two years now, and it will be finally opened in the second half of October 2009 - Mirjana Zeković, the Manager of Eco-ethno village, told "Ekonometar" and added that Zlatar was the "golden mountain" of huge potentials where profitable goals were achievable.
