Assignment of claims of 8 banks in bankruptcy advertised

As the bankruptcy supervisor, the Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised the assignment of the portfolio of claims of 8 banks in bankruptcy and the claims toward legal entities on behalf of the Republic of Serbia, of the nominal value of EUR 772.7 million.

Of the banks' claims, the largest one is Beobanka's, amounting to EUR 355.6 million. It is followed by Nova Agrobanka (EUR 196.8 million), PB Agrobanka (EUR 136.3 million) and Privredna Banka (EUR 131.7 million).

There are also the claims of Univerzal Banka (EUR 99 million), Razvojna Banka Vojvodine (EUR 89.9 million), Jugobanka (EUR 22.6 million) and Beogradska Banka (EUR 17.1 million).

Interested parties may address the agency by November 8, whereas the deadline for the sending of non-binding bids is December 2, 2019.
