Zitoprodukt 2012 from Banjaluka seeks buyer – Money needed for increase of production capacities

The Banjaluka-based company Zitoprodukt 2012 is seeking a new owner. The company is 100% privately owned and operational.

The core activity is the processing and trade of grains, the production of various types of flour and animal feed. Zitoprodukt 2012 has a 15,000-ton silo, fully equipped for the storage of grains, whereas mill products are stored in a flour silo with a capacity of 1,500 tons.

It owns an industrial mill which processes 90 to 100 tons of wheat a day and features optimal transport organization, including rail transport.

In addition to industrial milling, they also process several types of integral flour using a traditional method involving a millstone.

The products include eight kinds of flour, three kinds of integral flour and several health food products.

Zitoprodukt 2012 operates in line with the demands and obligations of the NASSR and ISO 9001 standards. The company has 32 employees and debts toward banks.

In order to increase the production capacities, the efficiency of operations and reduce the costs in the upcoming period, money is needed for: the flour acceptance system, modernization of the scales at the mill, installation of equipment for the packing of flour as animal feed, repair of electronics on the robot scale, repair of silo cells for flour, repair of an element of the finished product warehouse, repair of floor warehouse and implementation of a pneumatic system of transport for flour silos and purchase of used machines for the mill.

The first mill of Zitoprodukt became operations back in 1948 in Banjaluka.
