Montenegrin Privatization Council announced the tender today (October 21st, 2009) for sale of 85.44% of stocks of Podgorica-based company "Montecargo", of which primary field of work is railway transportation. The tender will be open prior to February 1st, 2010.

The nominal value of the whole company is 16.3m EUR.

Bidders are obliged to buy the tender dossier worth 20,000 EUR, sign the non-disclosure agreement, and submit the deposit of 100,000 EUR.

All companies or consortiums that have been transporting minimum 5m tons of goods per year over the last three years or registered incomes of minimum 25m EUR in the last year can participate in the tender.
