Concessionaire sought for installing escalators and elevators for disabled persons, maintenance of underground passages, video surveillance and street furniture in Belgrade

The PE Roads of Belgrade has invited bids for taking part in the procedure of the awarding of the concession for the financing of procurement, installation and maintenance of escalators and elevators for disabled persons. Also, a concessionaire is being sought for the reconstruction and maintenance of parts of underground passages and procurement, installation and linking of digital cameras, providing “motorized remote position and zoom control” functionality, and equipment for recording and collecting information about the traffic and software for traffic management in Belgrade which cannot be used commercially.

The invitation also pertains to the awarding of the concession for the financing of the procurement, construction, installation, maintenance and use of certain elements of commercially available street furniture.

The location of concession activities is in the territory of Belgrade, more specifically: the Albanija building, Terazije, Igumanova Palata, Nusiceva and Decanska streets intersection, Mihajla Pupina Blvd, Jurija Gagarina Street in Block 45 in New Belgrade and Vojvode Misica Blvd near the Belgrade Fair.

The concession period is 25 years from the date of the implementation of the concession agreement. Bids may be sent by December 17, at 10 am.

The criterion for the selection of the best bid is the highest concession fee offered. The deadline for the reaching of the decision is 30 days from the expiration of the bid submission deadline.
