Municipality of Paracin leasing production facility in Industrial Zone Zmic

The Municipality of Paracin is leasing publicly owned real estate through the method of collection of written bids. The production facility in question has an area of 2,989.60 m2.

The facility is to be built in the Industrial Zone Zmic and is to have two floors.

It is leased at an initial monthly rent of EUR 2.20 per square meter, without VAT, for a period of seven years, for the purpose of re-initiating production activities.

The deposit is EUR 10,000 and will count as the first and a part of the second rent.

The bid submission deadline is November 25, 2019, and the opening of the bids will take place on November 26.
