Exclusive Resort "Imperial Village" near St. Stephen -"Tradeunique" Builds a Complex of 36 Villas

At only 1 km above the island of Sveti Stefan, one of the most exclusive resort in Montenegro, will be built up to May 2010. - Total area of "Imperial village" is 4 ha. Houses are designed in traditional Mediterranean style, with a combination of wood and stone, with modern technological solutions. The special is the view with the whole of Sveti Stefan and Budva area.

According to her, in the future price per sqm of villas will go from 1700 to 2700 EUR per square meter, and so far the Russians have shown the biggest interest.

- Customers who have so far occurred and have not asked for an excessive luxury, will have the villas generally at the medium level equiped. Villas will be fully equipped with all except the furniture, but the client wishes we can and to do this as well - said Latinovic.
