New sale of thread and yarn manufacturer Dunav from Grocka – Initial price for a quarter of the capital EUR 283,136

The Ministry of Economy has opened a public invitation for bids for the purchase of 24.6% of the capital of AD Dunav from Grocka, and the initial price is EUR 283,136.67.

Applications may be made until December 16, and the opening of the bids and the public bidding are scheduled for December 18.

There were no interested buyers at the previous attempt at a sale, which took place in October, when the initial price was EUR 424,705.

The state capital in AD Dunav had previously been offered in July, at the initial price of EUR 849,000.

AD Dunav Grocka is registered for the manufacture of synthetic textured filaments, as well as threads and yarns.
