Post of Slovenia makes bid for acquisition of shares of Intereuropa from Dobanovci

The Post of Slovenia has made a bid for the acquisition of shares of AD Intereuropa – logisticke usluge from Dobanovci, at the price of 57.1 thousand dinars per share, it was announced today.

The bid was made together with Intereuropa – globalni logisticki servis from Kopar, and the plan is to acquire 26.3% of the shares of the company from Dobanovci, that is, 5,032 shares.

The bid of the Post of Slovenia is valid until February 3, 2020.

Through Intereuropa Kopar, the Post of Slovenia already controls 73.6% of the shares of the Dobanovac-based company, since November, and this most recent bid is made to the end of purchasing and controlling all the shares of this company.
