NEPI Rockcastle: We haven't taken over Delta City shopping centers in Belgrade and Podgorica

Namely, some media have reported that the South African investment fund, New Europe Property Investments bought the Delta City shopping centers in Belgrade and Podgorica and that the contract was signed in Vienna.

However, the company has refuted these allegations.

– After several recent inquires about NPPI Rockcastle alleged purchase of Delta City shopping centers in Belgrade and Podgorica, we want to share the information that NEPI Rockcastle hasn't taken over or bought either one of the forementioned shopping centers. The information some media published about the alleged purchase today are false, the company statement signed by the Marketing Manager at NEPI Rockcastle, Tina Mijovic, said.
