Municipality of Paracin selling building land in Industrial Zone Zmic

The Municipality of Paracin has advertised the sale of undeveloped building land located in the Industrial Zone Zmic. The sale is to be carried out through collection of written bids.

As said in the tender, the offer consists of two parcels intended for the construction of buildings in line with the Detailed Regulation Plan for this Industrial Zone. The first parcel has 1 ha 71 a 14 m2, whereas the area of the second one is 52 a 15 m2.

The initial price for the land is EUR 317.52 per are.

The bid submission deadline is February 20, 2020, at 3 pm. The public opening of the bids will take place on February 21, at 11 am.
