Kapa Land selling two parcels in Ugrinovci, initial price EUR 218,000

The bankruptcy supervisor of Kapa Land Belgrade has put the bankruptcy debtor's property up for sale through public bidding.

As said in the tender, two parcels in Ugrinovci are up for sale. The first parcel has 2 hectares and 7 ares, whereas the second one has 49 ares and 3 m2. The property has been evaluated at RSD 51,215,742.80 and EUR 436,000 respectively. The initial price is EUR 218,000, whereas the deposit is EUR 87,200.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements.

The public bidding will take place on March 3, 2020, at 11 am.
