City-hotel Sveti Stefan and hotels "Miločer" and "Kraljičina plaža" have not been rented out to Singapore-based company "Aman resorts", because the company from Singapore did not give required guarantees to the tender commission of the Privatization Council, so that the negotiations with "Budvanska rivijera", which manages these hotels, could have not started.
