City of Krusevac selling 15 building parcels

The City Council of Krusevac has put 15 parcels of publicly owned undeveloped building land up for sale through a public bidding.

The largest parcel has 15,154 m2 and is being sold at an initial price of RSD 106,078,000, whereas the smallest one, with 18 m2, is worth RSD 81,000.

The parcels are located in Ive Andrica, Gavrila Principa, Petra Kocica and Vojvode Stepe streets and in the “Stari Aerodrom” location.

The public bidding will be held on March 27, at noon.
