The topic of the meetings will be the progress made in the reforms agreed within the cooperation program supported by the Policy Coordination Instrument (PCI), which the IMF approved on July 2018 for a period of 30 months.
Within the planned measures, especially important are the reform of the tax administration and reforms in the public sector, fiscal rules and public investment and state company management.
The IMF program aims to maintain the macroeconomic and financial stability and continue the structural and the institutional reforms stimulating a quicker and all-encompassing growth, the creation of new jobs and improving the living standard.
