Hotel Mogren to have 5 stars after reconstruction – Construction of outdoor and indoor pool, wellness and spa center planned

At the International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, numerous exhibitors from Montenegro presented their offer as well. Among them is the largest Montenegrin hotel group, Budvanska Rivijera, which attracted a lot of interest from the visitors.

– As in previous years, Budvanska Rivijera presented its five hotels at the fair. First of all, there's our tourist complex Slovenska Plaza. There are hotels Mogren and Aleksandar in Budva, as well as Palace and Castellastva in Petrovac. Let us remind that Mogren is located in the very center and is a true tourist symbol of Budva – Jelena Kaludjerovic, the PR Manager of Budvanska Rivijera, told eKapija.

As she said, it is Hotel Mogren that will get a new look next year.

– Hotel Group Budvanska Rivijera sets aside its own funds each year for investments in raising the quality of service. These days, we expect the reconstruction of Hotel Mogren to start, which will turn it from a 3-star hotel into a 5-star hotel. The plan is to expand the capacities, build another floor, have an outdoor and an indoor pool, a presidential suite, as well as a wellness and spa center. The hotel will keep its recognizable look, and the rules of Mediterranean architecture will be adhered to, so that the hotel would fit into the environment, as it is located in front of the walls of Stari Grad – Kaludjerovic said.

When it comes to the guests, the hotels belonging to Budvanska Rivijera are mostly visited by tourists from Serbia and Russia, and the number of guests from the countries of the European Union is growing as well.

– During the fair, all the visitors to our booth were provided with summer arrangement discounts, but also special offers for Easter and 1st of May holidays. Also, they had the opportunity to take part in a prize contest and win a summer vacation at Slovenska Plaza, as well as some of the package tours at hotels Palace and Aleksandar – Kaludjerovic told eKapija.
