Invitation for engineering design of high-speed road through Backa and Banat for speed of 100 km an hour

The PE Roads of Serbia has opened the public procurement procedure for a feasibility study with a preliminary design for an IB-grade high-speed route Backi Breg (Hungarian border) – Sombor – Kula – Vrbas – Srbobran – Becej – Kikinda – Nakovo (Romanian border).
The route should be parallel with the existing 175-km state road. The high-speed route should have four lanes and be designed for speeds of up to 100 km/h.
The procurement has been estimated at RSD 300 million, without VAT.
Bids may be submitted by March 30, 2020, and will be opened on the same date at 10 am.
